    Matou Bengoshi is a 28-year old male. He firmly believes in protecting the innocent and punishing the guilty. After graduating, he went on to become a renowned defense attorney, who due to his luck, excellent skills of interrogation, and charismatic way of distracting people with words. One day, he stumbled upon tomes chronicling his family's history. He was disgusted by the crimes that had occurred in the Heaven's Feel's and resolved to end them. If he wins the grail, he will wish that the Heaven's Feel had never been created, to undo all that bloodshed.

    This Attribute allows a character to heal a target’s injuries through touch. This ability cannot be used during battle. Certain level of concentration and preparing is needed to use this ability. It doesn't work on spiritual beings such as servants. At higher Healing Levels
    * Restore a character who was cut in two. (Level 7)
    No healer can repair someone who was blown to bits, disintegrated, or dead for more than a few minutes, however. The Attribute Level dictates the maximum number of Health Points the character can restore to a particular target in a single day. The subject must have at least a full day’s rest before he or she can benefit from additional healing administered by the same character.
    Prana requirement for this ability is [Character Point Cost] x 4.

    With this technique, Seishin can transform into a deceased human character for a given period of time, with limited amounts of control, dependent on the some of the END and SPI of the person to be summoned.

    END+SPI is less than 10--Seishin has complete control over the channeled, and she has and can use any command spells the person may have had left.
    11-14--Has some control, but the spirit being channeled is strong enough to put up resistance to things he/she doesn't want to do. Command spells can only be used if the spirit agrees. Lasts 72 hours.
    15-17--Shares control evenly with the spirit, and all decision between Seishin and the spirit must be unanimous. Lasts 48 hours.
    18-20--The spirit is primarily in control, but Seishin can put up some resistance. Lasts 24 hours.
    20+ --The spirit has complete control of Seishin's body, and often may need to be chained down to prevent escape, murderous rampages, etc. Lasts 6 hours.

    The power-lusting deity Cronus. During his time he ruled justly and cared for his people. He wanted more power and authority. But grew paranoid of the prophecy that told that his own son would overthrown him in the future. The prophecy was fulfilled, but Cronus didn't want to give up. His wish for the grail would be to use its power to rule the world once more.

    Quirks: Egotistical, Show-Off and Creates chaos.

    Cancelling those spells with incantations of three or less lines. Even with greater thaumaturgy or ritual curses, inflicting damage is difficult. Noble phantasms with curse effects and such will still affect him no matter what rank he holds in this ability.

    Possession of Mystic Eyes that are capable of interfering with the outside world, Khronos. By activating his right eye Cronus can slow the flow of around a person for 5 rounds. Its effects are similar to a curse, however Luck cannot resist the effects of this phenomenon.
    [Circuit Quality 36+] = -5 Penalty to Attack and Defense values.
    [Circuit Quality 21-35] = -10 Penalty to Attack and Defense values.
    [Circuit Quality 20-] = Agility, Wisdom and Spirit reduced by 8. -10 Penalty to Attack and Defense values.

    Mystic Eyes A
    [Prana: 75 Activation / 22 Upkeep]
    Possession of Mystic Eyes that are capable of interfering with the outside world, Rhoia Aerios. With his left eye activated Cronus can view the flow of life within the atmosphere. By tapping to the flow he can predict the movement of his enemies and take the necessary movements to counter them by feeling alone. If his sense of prana was somehow disabled this ability wouldn't work.
    [+5 Attack Value] [+5 Defense Value] [Melee +6 = +2 Damage Modifier] When Clashing increase damage by 20%. When Defending increase Armour Rating by 20%. Enemy can't clash against your attacks.


    Battle Abilities

    Swift Movement
    You can move five Areas during one round Game Round.

    Attack Of Opportunity
    You threaten all squares into which you can make a melee attack, even when it is not your action. Moving out of a threatened square provokes an attack of opportunity from the threatening opponent. If enemy moves towards you then Attack Of Opportunity isn't provoked. An attack of opportunity is a single normal melee attack. You don’t have to make an attack of opportunity if you don’t want to. An attack of opportunity interrupts the normal flow of actions in the round.
    If an attack of opportunity is provoked, immediately resolve the attack of opportunity, then continue with the next character’s turn. Or complete the current turn, if the attack of opportunity was provoked in the midst of a character’s turn.

    You should mention this ability when you get within melee range of your opponent. This way they will not move away and do their actions before resolving the Attack Of Opportunity.

    This weapon can be also used to Defend, in which case it has [Armor 30].
    Demonic Scythe that represented his strong will-power and authority as a deity. The scythe has a longer reach than normal weapons, effectively increasing the area that he threatens. Pantheras is a demonic scythe that inflicts wounds which drain the enemy of their prana. The scythe lowers the opponent's maximum prana limit, while increasing your own maximum prana pool. The effect cannot be dispelled, and canceling the curse requires the destruction of the spear or the death of its owner. The drained prana is equal to the damage you inflict with this weapon. However if enemy has at least B-rank in Luck drained prana is only half amount of the damage, however full damage is applied to the target.

    Your main character is dead and the companion has currently transformed to the real Matou. And no secret power yet.

    Ok that was CP's bad decision, but seriously no secret power yet on the 9th Day? The war is more than halfway over, and this could be the final battle, so it might be completely pointless when I get it even if I do survive.

    So what would happen if Seishin used her channeling technique to transform into someone else? Would the contract or command seals be lost, even if she turned back into Matou afterwards?

    I guess not? That seems to be the way I accepted that ability. But if you turned back to Seishin you would lose your contract over Lancer until a new one is made. And Lancer doesn't have Independent Action so he wouldn't last long.

    So how did CP handle the contract business when he died? How did he die anyway?
    If seishin transforms back into matou before lancer vanishes does the contract between them instantly come back?
    Oh and about that, does Seishin have to revert to her normal form to channel another person or can she just go straight through?

    Died to the dragon blast. Command sealed Lancer away before dying. Seishin channeled Matou right into herself as Matou died and made a new contract with Lancer.

    If seishin transforms back into matou before lancer vanishes does the contract between them instantly come back?
    No but it's a simple matter to make a new contract.

    No clear mention on the last one. I'll rule that she has to revert back to her normal form to channel into another person.

    As expected. What are the limitations on who can make a contract? If somebody else makes a contract with Lancer will they get command seals or do they need to have command seals on them beforehand?

    The person making the contract needs to have the command seals beforehand. If another master makes a contract with Lancer they will not gain any new seals.

    No, only one action per turn. That's in the basic rules.

    You can't channel Heroic Spirits. The ability idea was that Seishin could change into dead characters met in the war and that was agreed on character creation.
    I'll also make a ruling that you can't channel into any Heroic Spirits or any humans not met during the war.
