Welcome to Rule Breaker Servant Battles!
I just don't know. I had the weirdest moment of nostalgia to host this game once again. Plus keeping small games like this going on might be a good idea to keep some activity going if some day I decide to finish RB2. I'm pretty sure everybody is familiar with the game, lets skip the intros. 7-8 players, voting will be done by members (drama). Since the old wiki is not up anymore this topic will have all the needed rules. There might have been changes, but you can probably skip most of it and just refer to the appropriate sections when making your servant.

Servant Creation
Stats
Each class has their basic stats and how many stat points you may use to raise them. You may reduce each base stat by one to gain one extra stat point to use. Stats range from E to A+ where A+ can be achieved with skills only.
For example Casters base stats are Strength E, Endurance E, Agility C, Mana A, and Luck B. I have two stat points to use so the final result could be something like this. Strength E, Endurance E, Agility B, Mana A, and Luck A.
Class and Personal Skills
Servant points are the currency you build your servant with. The skill ranks range from E to EX. However A will be the limit in most cases, you need to have a really really good reason for A+ and EX ranks.
One point is worth one rank in a skill. For example [Independent Action C] would be worth three points. Thus the point costs go as follow.
I'll trust that everybody is resourceful enough to look for the skills they need on their own. Type-Moon wikia is a good place to look.
Noble Phantasm
Two servant points are worth one Noble Phantasm rank. Noble Phantasm ranks range from E to EX. Thus the point costs go as follow.
After deciding on the rank modify the cost depending on their usage.
For example Bellerophonm / Anti-Army / A would be 12 points
— while Bellerophonm / Anti-Army / A+ would be 18 points.
Weapons
For Noble Phantasm weapons use the rates above. Normal weapons such as Riders Dagger or Berserkers Axeclub cost one servant point per rank, ranging between E-A.
Bans
I'm not going to bother setting up any bans this time. Just keep it original and within good taste (I'm looking at you Corenat) and hopefully we'll end up with 10% less drama than the previous games.

I haven't decided on the randomization elements. People could make a servant of any class they wanted or we could have one of each servant class. However Assassin and Caster would have low chances winning on that case. We also used to have the Environment randomization which I think is an important part. There was also the special cup where the servant is paired with a random master and voting is done on which pair would win. Right now I just want to know if we have any players interested. The process is fairly straightforward once you make your servant, just check in once in a while and vote on the threads.

- Saber
Servant type in which all stats must be no less than standard, excluding MGI, in order to qualify. Servants placed within this class are agile and powerful melee warriors and it is commonly assumed to be the best class overall, with high ratings in all categories. It is one of the three Knight classes, together with Lancer and Archer, and also possesses the Riding skill like the Rider class.
Unformatted by a Heroic Spirit, the base parameters of the Rider-class container are: Strength A, Endurance B, Agility B, Mana C, and Luck D.
55 servant points from which at least 25 must be used on skills.
4 Stat Points
Rider
Servant type demanding high mobility. Possesses a powerful Noble Phantasm. Their special skill is Riding, which allows them to fully utilize abilities of their mounts - ranging from simple horses, through motorcycles, to divine creatures.
Unformatted by a Heroic Spirit, the base parameters of the Rider-class container are: Strength D, Endurance D, Agility B, Mana C, and Luck E.
Must have a summoning noble phantasm of some sort — typically a mount.
50 servant points from which at least 20 must be used on skills.
4 Stat Points
Archer
Servant type with low base stats, but made up by skills and Noble Phantasms. Servants placed within this class are usually proficient with projectiles and could survive longer without a Master nearby, thanks to their special ability Independent Action. It is one of the three Knight classes, together with Lancer and Saber. Archer must posses projectiles of some sort to be used on battle.
Unformatted by a Heroic Spirit, the base parameters of the Archer-class container are: Strength C, Endurance C, Agility C, Mana E, and Luck E.
50 servant points from which at least 15 must be used on skills.
3 Stat Points
Berserker
Servant type specialized just in destruction through rage. Grants powers that surpass what one had during life through Mad Enhancement in exchange for loss of sanity. Power requirements for materializing Berserkers are several levels higher than other Servants, and do to inability to properly control them and command them to dematerialize. Berserkers have always exhausted the Prana of the Master, thus destroying themselves. And no, the notion that they're a lousy class because they end up turning on their Masters is incorrect. Servants placed within this class are always incarnations of heroes who have gone berserk on their lifetime — due to insanity or they were known for their barbarism.
You must have Mad Enhancement as your class ability.
Unformatted by a Heroic Spirit, the base parameters of the Berserker-class container are: Strength C, Endurance D, Agility D, Mana E, and Luck E.
45 servant points from which at least 25 must be used on skills.
5 Stat Points [ 2 points for every rank on Mad Enhancement]
Lancer
Servant type demanding extremely high AGI and excellent close-combat ability with long-range melee weapons — polearms. It is one of the three Knight classes, together with Archer and Saber.
Unformatted by a Heroic Spirit, the base parameters of the Lancer-class container are: Strength B, Endurance C, Agility A, Mana D, and Luck E.
40 servant points from which at least 20 must be used on skills.
4 Stat Points
Caster
Servant type specialized in MGI. Servants placed within this class are adept in magecraft and have a special ability similar to Reality Marble, called Territory Creation, which alters or creates space around them to enhance their sorcery.
Unformatted by a Heroic Spirit, the base parameters of the Caster-class container are: Strength E, Endurance E, Agility C, Mana A, and Luck B.
The only class that can have a magecraft skill with A or EX-rank.
35 servant points from which at least 15 must be used on skills.
2 Stat Points
Assassin
Servant type that can only be one of the 19 different Hassans. Each has a different Zabaniya noble phantasm - which had been secret techniques each concealed in order to use against each other. Also, none of them have any sort of face behind their masks. Basically a Servant type that is only effective in killing Masters and not Servants. The Assassins' special ability is Presence Concealment, which allows them to remain undetected. This, and their weak fighting skills, makes the Assassin class rely heavily on stealth and usually go after human Masters rather their Servants.
Unformatted by a Heroic Spirit, the base parameters of the Assassin-class container are: Strength D, Endurance D, Agility B, Mana E, and Luck B
Must have a Zabaniya noble phantasm — of course within the limitations of the creation rules.
30 servant points from which at least 20 must be used on skills.
