I know Jad plays on EU East and Corenat on American servers — dunno about others.
I recently moved to EU West, nickname Tyrande Whisper.

Just had a fun game with TF — SivHD style.

I keep losing my lane and being useless rest of the game. So far been playing solo-top with Ignite Flash. R > W > E > Q.
Trying to be aggressive but I lose to champs with high armor. Somehow won against Akali and Irelia, but no chances against Skarner.
Starting with Boots or Cloth Armor + Pots depending on lane. Couple Doran Blades, Bloodthirster, Phage and Last Whisper. Then build survivability or damage.

Horrible stats I know but what the 'eff.

Fiora normally is best for solo top or jungler. For jungling you obviously want to start with cloth armor/vampiric scepter to build into wriggles(or bloodrazor if you really don't need the survivability) I don't know if getting boots is good for solo top, it depends on the enemy top. If it's someone like Garen don't bother trying to kill/outlane him by yourself, just get survivability.
If you're laning and you need to fight high armor targets early game get a Brutalizer. If you don't already have armor pen marks then get them ASAP. I find that in general buying a lot of Doran's blades is a horrible idea, get 1 if you do really bad in lane, but any more and it starts delaying your progression to better items. Fiora is somewhat similar to Yi so phantom dancer or a zeal might help. In team fights, Blade Waltz as soon as the enemy team starts piling the damage on you or you are about to die, the momentary confusion as your invincible frames force them to switch their target will give you time to either escape safely or finish off an opponent, sort of like Zhonya's.

Important: Ignite Flash is a combo for AP carries, not Fiora. Take Flash if you must, but take at least one of the following: Teleport(useful for solo top and rapid defense in the later game), Ghost, or Exhaust(since Fiora has no CC). You do not need ignite, your AP carry will most likely take it, and if he's not there, just speed or lunge or ghost to get that last attack(s) in.

Haven't tried jungling her yet. As laning build I'll give a try to Brutalizer. I might try ghost over flash, but I can't take ignite out. It's just too good of a summoner spell to pass for laning phase. Especially against high sustain tops, or cheesy heal-ignite combos.

For fiora I recommend jungle and learn to use her parry skill. When you are about to get hit activate the skill and you take no damage while damaging the opponent, be careful though as experienced players against Fiora will bait your parry.
Didn't play much as of late so I don't know builds for her.

My friend's build is vamp scepter to transition into wriggles + basic boots, then advanced boots + brutalizer, and black cleaver after. It's pretty effective.
Use HP quints, it makes you look buff.
Magic Resist glyphs are rather useless for solo top, there are about 2 good AP tops that are used often, singed and mordekaiser, and it is very difficult to win against mordekaiser, regardless of what you have. The only other situation it is good in is if you get ganked by fiddlesticks, in which case 1.You're dead if you stay in range anyway and 2. You should've invaded and stolen his blue, fiddles get really pissed when you do that.(At least I do :x )
"Oh but it will be useful later in mid game!" Runes are typically for early game advantage, if MR becomes that important get mercury's treads and/or banshee's veil. I can't exactly tell you what glyphs you should get, but personally I prefer cooldown reduction.

Masteries: Don't take the critical strike damage increase, the percentage is not only low, but Fiora isn't a heavy crit champion. Put it into the total damage increase instead. Most importantly get the CDR mastery, CDR is always useful as opposed to situational crap like 2 extra damage to minions.
