Events
Things like local TV news or articles from papers. Events that each player can sense or see from any location on the map. These are written by the game-masters.
Character Sections
Each Player has their own role-playing section where they can post random topics. Talks with their Servant, info about their daily activities or possibly even dreams. There are some players that have servants and some that don't. You can either be cryptic about it and simply not mention that you have a servant or throw some hints in your role-playing. Or you could just screw that and include your servant on your role-play posts. It would be good if each player could make at least two thread per 24 in-game hours. You have the ball, however there are some restrictions. For example when you want to write about daily stroll to the City Center you have to confirm first that there are no events with other people. More about that on Round explanations.
All discussions between players are supposed to be private and confidential, don't try to private message hidden information off-character to other people pretty please! You can only share content of those discussion to other characters if you happen to meet them. You can only send private messages to other players if you have a way to communicate with them such as a phone.
Encounters
To highlight the importance of information gathering, almost all events between players are hidden. There are hidden sections in which player characters that meet can post in private. Other people can gain access to the hidden section even if they don't post into it, for example Assassin watching battle of two servants. After the event is finished the threads are moved to Encounters section and they are revealed when the game is over.
Movements
Here players will post their daily moving. After you make the thread for moving you can't edit or access the post anymore. Make sure everything on your post is 100% correct. More explained on Rounds section.
Rounds
The system in spoiler marks is the old moving system which has been discarded.
Full resolution! You might want to bookmark it or save it to your computer.
Of course different character will have different moving speeds and different map abilities. Stats section has been modified to include walking speed as well. These logs are posted to the Concealed Actions section. Each player makes a new thread for each round. The title should be something like Wandering Magus Round 1, each master replaces Wandering Magus with their characters title of course. Post the movement of your master, servant and familiars on the same thread. When a new round starts it will be noted on the Events section. The thread might also offer other important info.
Your movement should have specific instructions what you want to do during the day. You can use terms like morning, day or night. However using specific hours is still encouraged. For example.
24:00-7:00 Lucid sleeps, Servant keeps watch next to him.
7:00-10:00 Sitting at home on Area 2. Prana concealment in effect.
10:00-13:00 Head towards Area 4.
13:00-20:00 Moving around Area 4 just having some fun.
20:00-24:00 Actively search for another master or servant on Area 4.
Encounters
Each character will have a certain sensing ranges where they can sense other people moving on the locations near them. There are ways to mess with that sensing range and such but generally you gain information that there might be something interesting around.
The system in spoiler marks is the old moving system which has been discarded. New rules have been edited to reflect the new moving system.
Different characters get different amount of info of the things they sense. They might get vague info like there is a prana source near you and you may go investigate it. Some servants might have skills that let them identify if the source is a servant, master or possibly something else. Leaving traps is possible. Your base might get noticed if it has prana activity or doesn't have protection from searching and tracking spells. There are ways to disguise your spiritual traces mostly going to be Assassin's privilege.

- Spoiler:
- Moving in this role-play is monitored by hourly intervals that are categorized on day and night rounds. Day rounds are hours 6:00-20:00 and night rounds 21:00-5:00. The following map is used to indicate locations.
Full resolution! You might want to bookmark it or something.
An example of a night round might look something like this.- Code:
21:00 1B
22:00 3D
23:00 3F
24:00 5H Hidden
1:00 5J
2:00 5L
3:00 7N
4:00 9P
5:00 9P
Post the movements to your Concealed Actions sections. The location form is case sensitive! Make sure you copy the form properly and only only one space between the clock time and location. Location should be number first and letter second. Hidden tag is only used on special occasions, it will be explained on your character or servants skills if you can use it. Basically it means your character is hidden from other peoples sensing ranges that hour.
I have a program made by Jad in which I paste everybody's movement logs and it checks if any of them clash. Eases the game-masters burden on RP managing. Big props to Jad for making it, took some time from him.

If you want to role-play some event for specific hour, like you went for a stroll to the city center from hours 14:00-16:00. Make note of that in when you post your moving form to the Concealed Actions section. The game-master will check if there might be events that collide with that event, like you happen to meet some other player before the hour you wanted to role-play or you happen to meet some important NPC. If there are no such events the GM's will PM and give you okay sign, after which you can make the thread to your section of choice.

- Spoiler:
Full resolution. The colored squares represent sensing ranges.
Example 1 show a possible sensing range for a servant.
Example 2 shows a possible situation that might occur. Player 2's master doesn't seem to have much sensing range so he doesn't sense Player 1's servant. In this case a PM would be dispatched to Player 1 asking what he would like to do. Depending on his abilities the PM might or might not detailed info of the source he senses. Player 1 senses the master and could initiate battle if he wanted. For example Archer class servant could use a ranged attack to attack from that distance if he had the proper skills and a line of sight.
Example 3 is just one of my scrapped ideas.
